I keep raving about my yoga spot, so I feel like i just need to continue to spread the love. I would highly recommend going to Dharma's, Lisa's, or Stella's classes. Not that the other teachers are bad... I have yet to take from everyone! Lisa/Stella's classes are usually during the day time and less full. Dharma started this donation based program. Gotta love her for that alone. Read more here:
