I had the honor of assisting Mathias Alan for the 2012 Oscars this past Sunday. We did hair and make up on Miss Louise Roe red carpet host. I'm still learning make up so this was definitely Mathias's department. He used mostly MAC products to create this beautiful bronzed pallet. He is a true artist. On hair we blew her out with medium sized bore bristle brushes. We used Bumble and Bumble styling creme and Graham Weber Brit style root lift. Then pin curled with 1'' bio ionic style winder using Catwalk sessions hairspray. Swooped hair to the side in a cinnamon roll type bun leaving it polished yet not to done or severe.
